Xochimej es el plural de flores en lengua náhuatl. Esta serie explora un colectivo de mujeres mexicanas a través del tiempo y sus fotografías perdidas y encontradas en el Tianguis de Portales de las antigüedades, representadas a través de flores comúnmente cultivadas en México, para conceptualizar en la feminidad y lo efímero.

Xochimej is the plural of flowers in “Nahuatl” language. This series explores the collective of Mexican women through time and their photographs lost and found in the Portales Tianguis of antiques, represented through flowers commonly grown in Mexico, to conceptualize femininity and ephemerality.
